A Formal Study on which factors actually impact the innovation capacity of an organization and which factors allows to predict innovation capabilities. While this study specifically focus on a type or organizations, NGO organizations, and only in one state of the US, the approach would allow to analyze another type of organizations too and the results, which may not be extrapolate, would still serve as a guide for benchmarking.
